Project Description
Emergency Response Units
Lifehealth has increased its support for people in areas hardest hit by the fighting in Ukraine and offering emergency support wherever it is needed. Experienced emergency staff are entering Ukraine and will continue to arrive to support NGOs already working in the region and along the borders.
There is full-scale warfare in many areas, making movements difficult, dangerous or simply impossible, while many hospitals are facing supply shortages.
We are working to rapidly scale up our medical and humanitarian response in various parts of the country, based on where our assistance will have a significant impact.
